Refund Policy

For purchases made at Pin Up Cosmetics website, we will return, exchange, or issue credit, for up to 20 days with valid proof of purchase. For a cash refund, original cash receipt is required. Returns after the 30 day period will be exchange only. Returns are not accepted after 45 days.

Promotional and discounted purchases made at Pin Up Cosmetics website are eligible for return or exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with valid receipt. Exchange value will be equal to original purchase price.

For purchases made at Pin Up Cosmetics counters, consult the retailer’s return policy.

Mobile Services
If you access the Sites via your mobile phone, we do not currently charge for this access. Please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees or data charges, will still apply.
